Adult freelancers' site. Currently PR4 in Google. Was very active a year ago but I gave up due to time constraints. With a few minutes work a day you can be earning hundreds per day.
This is ideal for a design, programmer or someone with experience fixing scripts. People post a project seeking design work, programming, scripting, script fixes, etc and then those who do this work "bid" on the job. You earn $10+ per each successful project.
Sale includes domain name, design, script, and all databases. With a small bit of advertising (on adult webmaster boards, for example) you could bring this site back to its former glory.

Payment via escrow.com please, you pay the fee. If you prefer to pay with ePassporte, that's fine. NO PayPal transactions due to the adult nature of the deal (no nudity on the site, but PayPal does not allow any transactions dealing with anything adult).
