I think that it's a great domain, since an entire segment of the adult industry is based on peep shows (aka voyeur shows).
The .net takes off a bit in terms of value but it's still very marketable.
My appraisal: $400 - $600 reseller. Or develop / add affiliate content and it could sell for $2k - $4k end-user.
