What if someone used your reg rocket or enom pdq to register a very adult, illegal activity or offensive domain name ?
- Then they set up a website around that name and started spamming offensive material across the internet.
That domain will be in your portfolio at enom and say registered at your site in the whois ?
But the customer would legally own the domain ?
And there would be no come back on you the reseller ?
In theory people can register what ever they like ? but its the material on the website thats illegal ? which would fall onto the host and the web designer.
