Hi all. I am looking to sell a newly started adult site of mine to throw some money into a project I am a little more interested in, and also pay off some debts. The site is www.porn4adults.net. The site was started May 4th and is gaining in popularity rather quickly. Currently I am running the xoops CMS script (xoops.org) which is similar to joomla and has an easy to use admin panel and also has some modules the new owner can download and easily implement (forums, photo gallery, skins..etc)..The site has also received a few people who actually registered and joined even though I have not installed any modules. So member's can't really do anything however you can still email these member's..Here is some traffic and revenue information about this site.
Revenue
Revenue on the site has not been much because the site is still new. All of the main picture and video galleries shown on my main page lead to my sponsor, howigotrich.com. I am still new to the adult webmaster world so honestly I could not tell you if my conversions are well or not. I have not received any credit card sale's from the site. I was also using silvercash to create a few galleries and post them on my page, as well as submit them to TGP's and link dumps around the web. I created the domain in hopes to try and trigger search engines for the keyphrases "Adult Porn" and "AdultSex"..My counters have shown a few hits coming in from google for adultsex but still 10 or 11 page's in. 90% of my traffic right now is coming from link exchanges with other site's. The new owner of the site can feel free to change the look of the site but I would encourage them to keep the links that are on the right hand side because these are the link exchanges and toplists i've submitted to. You will notice by the stats traffic is increasing on a daily basis - once the site grows slightly older I would not be surprised to see the search engine traffic go up.
Also, I currently have two counters setup with StatCounter. I use one counter in the footer of the main site, gathering traffic from the main page and category pages. The second tracker I use for the galleries I have created and submitted to tgp's and linkdumps (About 5 or 6 galleries in total). Here are some screenshots:

I am willing to transfer all files and information over to the new owners host and the domain is registered at DynaDot (Free push to your dynadot account)..All page's are static HTML and created in frontpage so the new owner should not have too much trouble changing the linking code's around.
I am going to start the bidding at $75 (at least $10 increments please)
No BIN in mind yet but would accept offers
If you're looking for a new project and want something with traffic already coming in this could be the project for you! If you know porn sponsors well enough it should not be hard to see sale's coming in from this site..With almost 400 unique visitors to my main sponsor I feel a credit card signup or two should be coming soon.
