I turned down a high offer of $1,000 and am entertaining offers in the $XXXX range.
* Develop a Template Based Site similar to templatemonstor - Charge $39.95 - $49.95 a month for access. 100 members would nto be that difficult, believe me.
* Build a site where adult webmasters can review design companies. I will explain how I would monetize this if you purchase. There are many methods in the adult industry.
* Setup your own design firm and outsource all the work. Especially if you have a design staff in place.
I am sure there are more inventive ways and ways to combine all three of these in one site.
This, developed has all the potential of a huge money maker. In the adult entertainment business the porfit margins for paysite owners are exceedingly lower. Free sites as well. The people that still make good money in adult are the CONTENT providers. Just like Clickbank - this is the field to get into, providing products for a field where people have a lot of disposable income.
