Advice on using a trademark in a domain name please

To gain some experience before trying my other trade mark domain, I reg'd the domain ebaygirls.com.

I noticed that there are a number of sites using the ebay name, but not owned by Ebay. My intention is to use this site to profile a number of Ebay traders, and to include an affiliate link to try to attract new members to Ebay. I will also have a link from the profile pages to the current auction pages for members.

I would be grateful for any advice on the precautions I should take so as to minimise any legal problems that I might have.

eBay is extremely aggressive in policing its mark. My suggestion is to make it very clear on your site that you are not endorsed, associated or authorized by eBay.

I would have thought that Ebay would have tried to stop them, or is there some hidden agenda that I haven't spotted.
