advise please on these

Have been looking into who I am going to jump on board with for what I want my site to offer ..me being the affiliate for hosting,domain reg,who is ,appraisals and of course a listing of my names for sale.

Besides that I want to have a good host with 3 main (mine) sites active, my main site, an adult site, and my wifes mortage sales site.

why dont you just get a cheap reseller account and you can have as many domains with the host as you will need, I pay only 10.00/month for my account and host a ton of sites with my webhost. you may want to see what members offer reseller accounts and host with them. Get a free or cheap template and put together your hosting,domain,reg site. I would also recommend that you look into WhoisCart which is a system that for about 40 bucks will put it all together for you, http://www.whoiscart.net. Good luck
