Anyone else have a .aero domain? I just picked up the following for personal use and development:

Planes.aero / Airplanes.aero - to be developed as a classifieds site.

PrivatePilot.aero to be developed as a private pilot discussion forum.

CFI.aero - to be a Certificated Flight Instructor discussion forum.

This TLD is sponsored, so you can't freely buy/sell, and there are lots of restrictions. You do have to submit proof of being in the aviation industry or of being a licensed pilot (as I am). They are expensive($198 / 2 years), and they cannot be transferred to another registrant meaning they are only valuable to develop/use, not resell.

Full restrictions here: www.information.aero

Active .aero sites: http://www.information.aero/activenames.php

Any private or commerical pilots and web developers in the forum may be interested. You have to join with proof of aviation credentials and get a password from SITA before "applying" for a domain (no instant registration). This can take a couple days.
