Just wanted to make sure this was seen. The initial transaction went fairly fast and well. However, the user agreed to make a backend for one section of the website and said himself it wouldn't take long. I waited several days - 3 to be more exact - for this to be done and it never was.

I also might mention that I messaged him yet again to see if this was going to be done or not and once again I was told yes.

I just received a PM that this would not be done. It's a bit dissappointing to me that this happened and I'd recommend that you make sure that you work details out with this user beforehand, otherwise he'll do to you what he did to me and make false promises.

I'm having second thoughts about this purchase now.

if you just need mysql management there are things you can install that work well

Well... I was interested in the site, until I found a thread about this and they were saying that the site had over 6,000 uniques this month...

Give me a break, not one single backlink and they say they had 6k uniques...

well it wasnt an expensive name... and for $120 the name aimchamp is reasonable

I wouldnt say he got a bad deal at all...stats or no stats...the site is mainly built and if it has even a third of his stated traffic then its not too bad at all..

the problem seems to simply be that they agreed on some work after the sale and it hasnt been performed...that's a different matter
