Nice one if you can keep it!? :undecided

Whoever got it better hurry up and get maximum PPC revenue before the very likely WIPO Notice arrives!

I find it amazing someone would risk $16000 on a well known trademark name.

Maybe he thinks because Airborne is now actually DHL, he can get away with it.

Didn't Adam want this name?

Didn't this finish much lower on the private auction? And wasn't paid...

:)

I wouldn't have paid much myself! I just wish my snap had worked!

I was the winner at 5k and pulled out after alot of research.

Way to many TM issues on this one for me to waste my time.

Shouldn't you pay when you bid?

Right, time to get honest. =)
Nice move.

Damn, these public auctions go so much higher than private!

I think Adam may have won it @ $5K and then the price may have hiked once he pulled out...

NW

Adam won the private auction at around $5k, renegged on paying, which caused the name to go into a public auction starting at the next-highest bid. It then closed at a higher price.

Are we to assume from this official statement from Enom that any of our dealings with the company are liable to receive airing on a public forum.
