My suggestion - Develop this name as a credit card site targeted for Alabama. You can generate more in end user sale this way. I'd never sell this name for any price listed above. It is a lot more valuable than that.

Why do I say this? Cause I sell less valuable names compared to this in low to mid XXXX on a consistent basis.

I think a lot of these are very high for appraisals. While I don't have a definite figure, I've been unable to sell some state.name and state.biz domains that I have for even $50 here.

BuyAuthority - your best bet is to either park and see what happens (as you did) or develop the site.
