I almost sold RealNature.com to a large vitamin manufacturer for $250.000. They thought it was too much and broke off the negotiation. They called me q few months later agreeing to pay the money and I playe tough and told them that since another interesting company wanting the domains was willing to pay $275,000. They were angry, very angry. I told them I would sell to thwn for 1/2 million dolllars and to not travel me if it was less that that. You see every domain I buy I immediately develop a business and marketing paln to each of the doamins I buy. This vitamin company just called me last week and they want to fly me to the midwest for nrgotiation. I told them I could go but if they paid the attorney fees at 2,300 per day and all all other expensence that I would send Mr. Brennan. They told me they would call me chack witin a week.
I hope this is not an imposition, but I will post 2 domains for appraisal.
