AllGasStations.com for sale
Nice site for sale that lists gas stations in USA
It has some traffic already and some revenue too.
If you are a revenue clown this thread is not for
though - it takes time to build a site like that
and I am sellng it as a start up project and not
strictly based on revenue.

Google - 31500 pages (the site has approximately 40000 pages)

1. getting a domain name
2. getting hosting
3. buying db
4. directory script used costs $150
5. script customizations
6. database integration
