i am not familiar with this term but as far as i know it is something like
internal medicine & herbal medicine cann't be plural as it doesn't refer to medicines as "drugs" but manily refer to medicine as a branch in the medical field
also google returns only 315,000

Between the plural and the .us extension it's not worth much right now. The singular with that extension may be valuable someday. I agree with the $xx valuation.
