as long as i hand the domain over, they cant do anything?

in theory, they can do a lot.
in practice, they might not.
just delete the name, and ask the mods to delete this thread.
 
Technically they could sue for damages due to trademark dilution. But in all likelyhood they would just demand that you immediately transfer the domain to them.
