Well I love gaming names and I bought this and developed it just in time for the game launch. For those unaware this game is a Nintendo DS game. The actual game name is "Animal Crossing Wild World" and it is a Nitendo first party game. It's the second in a series. The first was for the Nintendo Gamecube. I launched the site with about 20 pages first week of December. It did fairly well. On Decemeber 18th I launched the forums. Immediately the site took off.
The front end is php includes and uses also CuteNews which is a free CMS which does NOT require mysql database. The forums is PunBB which is excellent. I made some great forum modifications to make it SEO friendly. The forums are very streamlined when a guest (search engine) is viewing them. The URLs are limited to prevent duplicates. I added a PM system, RSS (http://www.animalcrossingwildworld.com/forums/rss.php), sitemap (http://www.animalcrossingwildworld.com/forums/sitemap.php) has been submitted to google.
So far 18 pages are indexed at google but I expect the forums soon to start showing in results. MSN has 138 pages and yahoo has 17. Predicted pagerank is 4 from pagerank.info (my site) but check other predictors. I have linked this up pretty well it might even be PR5.
OVT with extension is 203! I bet it will be even higher next update.

On the weekends traffic spikes very well and keeps growing.

This is a BIG BIG game for the DS. It can be played wifi over the internet and people can join in to each others towns. Being this game is still a #1 seller there will be new people logging into the site for a long time. People need to share their friend codes in order to play on the web and often they share the codes on ACWW.
Forums already has 776+ members and about 28,000 posts. One of the forum mods I added was inline google adsense which has done pretty well. The forums has 2 moderators but there are many applying to be mods.
I made over $100 via adsense so far but it continues to be strong and grow well. My last weekend was the best so far.

I have also made some revenue via the amazon affiliate link. About $30 since site launch. There are a lot of clicks but the site members are too young imho to really be making a lot of purchases.

This is a quick check to see how interested buying parties will be. I am not too hot on selling but if the offer is good then it's sold. If you analyze the traffic and check the google ad impressions it should be obvious this sites potential.
I spend about 15 minutes a day checking the forums for spam and inappropriate material for the younger audience. There is a report post feature and it makes it very fast and easy to check bad posts, delete or edit them and ban the user if needed. Members are very helpful in this regard. Be aware I have had no TM issues and have not gotten any communications from Nintendo. Normally on a fan site like this it's left alone.
