Now this is an interesting situation. Annacis Island is a 1200 acre island in the heart of the Lower Mainland BC. It is one of the largest industrial parks in the area holding 100s of businesses. Amazons Canada central distribution warehouse is relocating there this year. The island itself is owned by Charles Grosvenor, an Englishman, a.k.a. The Duke of Westminster who is head of www.Grosvenor.com; a large land holding corporation.

I'm looking for offers on this domain which I have owned for a few years.
