It's a difficult market to get into. I started a site www.computerthreats.com and had quite a lot of interest. Trouble is, it's hard work and pretty thankless. When someone has a problem you get deluged with emails and then they don't bother to say thank you.

The other problem is that it's no longer just viruses. Trojans, blended threats, spyware, auto-installing dialers, modifiers of browser options, the list goes on. However people still think of them all as viruses.

The name is good and to make money I think you should have an indexed site and list all the av programs you can find with maybe a page on each. Stay clear of anything to do with the viruses themselves.

If you can get some av surfing traffic, you could earn some money from it.
