closed Any domain and a news raker

I've just got a couple of domains.

any-domain.com

I know the hyphen drops its value, but it still seems a good domain trading name. What do you think it's worth given that it may not get too many type-ins.

newsraker.com

I really like this one, but probably won't have time to do it any justice. I'd be grateful for comments and appraisals on this one as well please.

I've now decided to sell any-domain.com. Do you think $25 is a sensible price?

I bumped this because I was experimenting with changing the thread title. Doesn't seem to make any difference though.

I would love the name AnyDomain.com for a registration or resale site, but with the hyphen it loses all appeal for me. AnyDomain has great connotations for those looking to buy, but when you put a hyphen in the middle it tells customers that you not only can't get any domain you can't even get a good one for your own site. With the hyphen it becomes counterproductive to what you are trying to sell. "Any Domain" gets zero searches in OT, so you are relying totally on the powerful message the name sends. Without hyphen it's a great message, with hyphen it sends the wrong signal.

I understand that Duke and while reading your posting I came up with a "turn a weakness into a strength" thought. As a result of this I may decide to kepp it. What was the thought?
