any fast-acting designers available for ad work?

I need someone who can quickly, as in within the next 24 hours, help me create a 1 inch gif or jpeg graphic which I will be placing as a print advertisement in a local magazine supplement.

It will have to be a one column, one inch image.

The problem I am having is that I thought I could just use the logo image from my site but it doesnt scale properly.

Im looking for something that is similar to the scheme on the website.
