Top 10 places to get a burger in canada.
Top 10 destinations in canada.
Top 10 ski locations in canada.

etc.

These could be user submitted as well.

I must admit it doesn't jump out and say "do this". Perhaps it's a little too general...I think I agree with Zoobar.
