Not only venture co... It is the only business for russian registrar domreg ltd. They do not offer any public services at their website
www.libris.com but they regged to themselves or to "faked" companies:

Very few domains ( scotchwhiskey.com goddamn.com ) have real non-russian owners, so I guess they provide registrar services to those who bought a domain from them.

Registered DomainCities.com a few years ago since most of my domains then were place-names. It was let expired partly because many of those names had been sold and I also didn't like the messy whois record created by NetSol, the [email protected] thing. (Glad that it got slammed by ICANN.)
