Mod, please delete my thread if the topic not allowed here.

I have a plan of taking an IELTS and need a English teacher for training my speaking and listening skills.

My requirements:

+ Native English speaker from US.
+ I prefer female.
+ At least high school graduated.

I only can afford to pay $US 5-7 per hour depend on candidates' level. Feel free to drop me a message at receivegold at gmail dot com.

Try Elance, Odesk, Guru, or other freelance sites. You will be sure to find someone faster for this type of job than you would here.

Wish you the best of luck!

Well, I'm out. High school grad did me in...

Good luck with a maximum of $7 an hour to pass a standardized test with US Federal minimum wage being $7.25 and in some states, higher.

I was an English conversational teacher making $30 to $50 per 50 minutes to help others get high scores, as raises come with them.

Someone would have to be pretty damn desperate and most likely waste your time and money at that rate.

Even Skype services start at about $10/hr or $1.39 every 3 minutes.

Good luck nonetheless.
