Um... anyone in this barren and desolated land?

If anyone's here that's (still) using Sedo in this time and age, could you please let me know whether this company is still alive or not?

I've added 7 domains to them so I can park them with Sedo, but - 3 days later (and after I've gone through the set-up process) - the domains are still getting 0 exposure (much less earnings, I'm not even caring about that at this moment) to the point where I'm wondering whether there's a single human left in this company, especially since I've contacted them 3-4 days ago (I don't remember what I've contacted them about, but it shouldn't matter) and I've still not heard from them yet...

This is the stance that my 7 domains are having with Sedo at the moment (if anyone's curious), and - as you can see in this screenshot - the domains are all set-up for being parked with Sedo. And yes, I know that the promo level is incomplete, but that's because I chose NOT to activate SedoMLS Premium which shouldn't make any difference as nowhere on their site is being mentioned that if you don't activate SedoMLS Premium your domains will not get processed or marked complete or something......

So anyway, I've completed all of the steps (at least for the last domain in the list, I did activate SedoMLS Premium for that domain alone just to test things out), but even so - as you can see in the screenshot above - Sedo's systems refuse to mark the promo level of that domain as complete, which is why I'm thinking that maybe Sedo are a dead and buried company but I'm unaware of it, and which is why I've created this thread.

So, if anyone (whether you're working for Sedo, or are using Sedo yourself) has any up-to-date insight about this company, can you please tell me about any of these 3 things:

- why my domains' parking / promo levels are not getting marked as "complete" even though I've followed Sedo's setting-up steps to the T?
- why my domains are not getting a single view / impression / click / whatever after almost 4 days of setting them up?
- why Sedo' support staff has not answered yet, even though they say that they're available Mo-Fr from 9 AM to whatever (I don't remember up to which time they're available, but it doesn't matter as I've contacted them last week and today is Tuesday, so they had at least 24 hours to reply)?

Any insight is welcome as, at this point, I don't know what else to do about this situation (wait more days, remove my domains and take my business elsewhere, etc). Thanks in advance for any tip / intel you can provide!

I heard IONOS is looking for a buyer. If that's true someone please buy SEDO and hire me as a coder to revive the interface! #joke :)

Yes, the Sedo's parent company, IONOS Group SE, announced in November 2025 that it plans to sell the Sedo domain and ad monetization business to focus on its core business.

This reference should be the best (even though the Domain Name Wire article outranks everyone for these keywords): https://www.ionos-group.com/investo...onths-of-2025-adtech-business-to-be-sold.html

What I have heard - "big animals of our forest and VC forest" already are carefully gathering intel about this deal (I know at least 1 of them).

My thoughts - this will make @Sedo even faster. The business is super established, their connections are so wide that it is impossible even to understand th depth of these business connections (it really hit me when I was visiting China mainland recently - 1 of the major players there le.cn knew only Sedo, and loved doing deals with them) and who owns it probably mostly will impact more the business culture than anything else. I love them, and we've been business friends for as long I have been running the Domain Summit :)
