I'm getting executives for ejecutivas on every dictionary ?

That's because it's plural and feminine... "Ejecutivos" would be Executives (men and women), but "Ejecutivas" is the feminine, so Executive Women.

In Spanish the masculine refers to men and women, but the feminine is only for women (for obvious reasons) =)
