hehe I'd probably need $100K+ to sell my own lastname.com. :) Even then......ugh, I'd feel bad, but would reinvest it, and then wait for it to drop. :)

If Bill Gates doesn't own Gates.com, I could live without my lastname.com. :)

George, where is the tone on your last name? The first or the second syllable?

The multiple offers after I said no was a pain in the ass...what pissed me off was the insults...and now he's resorted to threats...if he wants a war, he's got a war.

Yikes ... thought for a second there you didn't see my  !! Plus, I can't even spell that thing correctly, without some ouzo first. :D Have a great night, George.

Even $100K is too cheap for Kirikos.com -- all my lady friends wouldn't be able to find me! And, I'd need to change a lot of mailing lists, etc.

Best pronounciation would be:

"ker" as in "kermit"
"EEE" as in "tree" <<--- emphasis
"kos" as in "coast"

So, ker-EEEE-kos

Although, if I say my name in Greek, instead of in English, I'd pronounce it:

"kee" as in "key"
"REE" as in "real" <<-- emphasis
"kos" as in "Kosta" (couldn't think of something with the "right" sound in English!)

There's actually an "Ayios Kirikos" (St. Kirikos) island in Greece, so I was fortunate that I registered Kirikos.com years ago, before folks realized the importance of the internet. I have the .net/org/ca too, but some boat company owns www.kirikos.gr

Some guy who shares the last name as me was cursing me via email (I'm not related, though), as I wouldn't sell him the domain name, and didn't want to be on his spamming email list (he was sending long messages every day, sheesh). Too many freaks out there! :)

On Google, I also pay for Adwords Select (5 cents a click), just to be absolutely sure that folks can find me. :)

By the time I answer one pm with a complaint tonight - there are 4 more waiting. I try to settle one argument - or broken rule in a thread - and there are 2 more threads waiting. Is there something in the air this evening?

Also - despite requests to do so - I can't delete posts just because one person gets their feelings hurt. I will however - start closing threads pretty soon if people don't move on.

Please - everybody chill out. :)

Thanks.

Wrong thread. I thought he was another guy i don't like. Nevermind
