Anyone else getting PUSH errors???

On 4 separate occasions, I have attempt to push names into 4 other accounts and I get this message:

An unhandled error occurred.
Please contact technical support.

Anyone else getting this?

Very annoying because it comes after completely the very last step after everything should have gone through.
