enom Anyone Got eNom Email Taking Your Domain Away?

Not meant to scare you, but I just read in another forum about eNom taking a
domain name away from one of its clients because it bore a term resembling 1
of their trademarks. It was subsequently resolved, but it sure caused a lot of
unnecessary problems for all parties concerned.

If you think eNom or any registrar can't do that, make sure you've read your
registration agreement.
 
They should file dispute with WIPO no matter who they are IMO.
Maybe one day Network Solutions may say, gee, maybe Daddy.com is similar to GoDaddy's trademark, let's take it away and give it to Bob Parsons ( just kidding).
 
Looks clearly abusive to me. Talk about due process.
You cannot trust your registrar. It is a case for becoming your own registrar. The only person you can trust is yourself.
