I have a contract with Tony DeRosa-Grund (a director guy...he directed Josie and the Pussy cats and owns some little multimedia company) to purcahse one of my domains.

The domain is RockWars.com and tony and I went into the contract and agreed he would pay within 15 days of the signing of the contract...

...it's been over 84 days now.

At first he said the check got lost so he'd send a new one, then the new one was suppose to come 2 weeks ago...then last week...now its "running late".

Now I can't get ahold of Tony or anyone working for him.

I have a legally binding contract, how can I enforce it?

I don't have alot of money, so I need a lawyer that won't screw me.

The money from the domain was going to help pay for my college (i graduate HS in about 1 week)

Little help guys? :-(
