Anyone use POOL auctions?

Has anybody used POOL auctions? I like the idea of how their auctions work, but it worries me that I have to basically agree to sell my names for $2,500 if only one person bids.

What is a good place to auction a domain, and still be able to turn down the highest bid if it's too low? Is there such a place?
