Hi all,
for sale is the topsite www.AppleTopsite.com . As the name states it is a topsite meant especially for sites dedicated to Apple's products.
It's a one year old website. Expires in about 11 months from now. Registrar is Dynadot.
Has a PR2.
Has some registered and active members.
Google (global) search results:
#1 for "Apple topsite" = http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=apple+topsite
#2 for "Apple topsites" = http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=apple+topsites
Gets around 25 visitors a day from Google & links from listed sites -- sorry, my server where I host it is overloaded, so I did not keep stats, as such you'll have to take my word for it. Assume no revenue at the moment, since as you can see it was never monetized.
You will get all database and design files from me. The site is powered by Aardvark topsites script. It requires virtually 0 maintenance, you only need to check it once in a while to accept/reject new members (which is what I don't really have the time nor the will to do).
What this site needs is a new owner that could promote it a bit -- I am too busy with other projects to do that -- then I am sure it will take off. The domain name itself is a search engine magnet.
