Blu-Ray is a trademark yes but domain names such as bluraymovies etc etc will not be at risk of legal action, in much the same way that dvdmovies.com and all the other variations on the DVD trademark have not been pursued.

I think DVD itself wasn't a trademark, but the DVD logo was. At any rate, you might be right as the Blu-Ray disc association probably wants to do whatever it can to proliferate Blue-Ray vs HD DVD.
