if it isnt a real page why would you think there is some traffic?, there is really no reason anyone should type that in, especially with a .net... click2own.com is just a parked page as well..that domain is already low in value due to the number in there and just because its not a great name, and then the dot net? in my opinion is not a good domain to register...
