closed Appraisal for community, generic and the like...

Just wondering what the value is here, although I am not looking to sell, I was just wondering what you guys thought in terms of the value of a forum.

I own www.G35.ca and www.Nissan350Z.ca - both of which go to the same website. I know .ca names are not very valuable and Nissan may be a TM issue although nothing has been an issue so far, and I have talked to many Nissan dealers...

What I am really asking for is the value of the community, the current one being 1 month old with 800 posts, 100 members total and an average of 125 uniques per day. The site currently makes no income, although obviously that can be changed.

So, any appraisals for the community? This might be useful for owners of other small communties....

Keep in mind, these domains have some great search engines ranks, try searching Google for 'Nissan350Z' d

How is Nissan generic?

The other one could be generic, but you are associating it with cars, which could get you in TM trouble.

I would say less than reg fee on both.

Again, I am asking for the appraisal on the community, which had over 50 posts so far today. I already said the domains dont mean much to most people and I am not expecting any value there. Remember the traffic and the fact that I am asking for the COMMUNITY / FORUM value and what I meant by generic is that this appraisal could work for other people's forums of about the same size....thanks!

alright, thanks for the valuation. The way I built it, the real domain the forum is based on has no TM problems. I just added on the Nissan one for some extra traffic, and it is not really important to the community. I have actually talked to Nissan dealerships without incident, so I am not worried about this at the moment. Any more $ figures from anyone else...?

forum traffic is generally of low value being high repeat traffic
also low uniques to page views. also depends whether the
traffic builds itself through word of mouth or relies on promotion.

any other appraisals? I got about 15 new members over the past two days....this is actually a nice success story for me, because I love the cars that the forum is based on and I am giving a place for people like me to help each other....aww....lol
