Yes, I have plans to build it in to a how to empire...but I got an offer on the domain for high xxx. Personally, I can build and develop it and make a hell of a lot more, so I think I'm going to hang on to it. Was just curious to know what the name itself is worth. It took me a while to acquire an exact keyword domain for this business which is what I wanted to build for quite some time now.

Not sure what value you can add to the countless other websites touting the same advantages.
As a name, it is not worth much at all.
The .net MAY/MAY NOT help some in the search rankings.
You'll still have to work at it like hell to bring in the traffic to your site.
Most importantly, you'll have to work even harder to keep them on your site with out leaving quickly and going to another site.
