I'm debating on keeping a round of domains, this one is on the fence.

Great for a dating site localized in Miami (Miami, Miami Beach, South Beach, Hialeah, Hollywood, FL, and some surrounding areas, Ft Lauderdale, Key Lago, Planation, Sunrise, etc.., popultion well over several million people).

I have it for sale on Sedo w/ an inflated price but a low minimum offer.

A few others:

FortMyersDating.com
MartinCountyDating.com (County in Florida, just north of Palm Beach County, includes Stuart, Jupiter, Indiantown, very quickly growing area)


Any guesses? Thank you in advance!

I'd say mid $xx at best.
Most used phrase in my opinion would be Hot Miami Singles.

Be careful not to mix up keywords too much.

Regarding the two:

I have seen a lot of signs around town advertising local dating. Such as BaltimoreDating.org EldersburgDating.org... There is a pretty big market with Local dating. Consider contacting some bigger dating sites... as a lot of times they will use something like BaltimoreDating.com to interest those in that area, but in turn forward them directly to their main site (such as perfectmatch.com)
