in context od ways of football I was thinking about picture and video galery for funny football clips and pics + some stories where football is played and such, who knows I might even develop it but would surely like to hear some ideas about the price

Potentially brandable. For now, any real value beyond reg fee will be realized only through development. Current appraisal is registration fee plus a little (maybe registration fee times two or three). Development as you describe has potential for value, then resale value would increase too.
