Are domain sales coming back?

I have noticed less and less buying during late December early January. Sales have been picking up. I have even had a good Sedo sale and Afternic sale this week and an offer on TDNAM.

Nah, I wouldn't be worried about some geek rocking up on my doorstep.

Plus you can usually gauge how someone is through email/phone.

yes, we had been negotiating for a couple of weeks via email and phone.

actually, I was supposed to go to his office, but he had unexpected change of plans.

I was going to wait until another day to do the deal, and he offered to come to me.

Remember this once a client came over and had a PR guy and a lawyer with him and they were all so shocked cause i am a young guy..they wanted the domain bad..anyways why the story telling? cause it was once upon a time now no sales for me been quite some time..
