Expired domain abuse is where an expired domain name is purchased and repurposed primarily to manipulate Search rankings by hosting content that provides little to no value to users. unless the domain has "seo" in it, then no such thing as seo domains.

expired names will have value, if they are valuable, but misappropriating original content for bullshit, should never be acceptable.

humm... interesting, who will be a judge at Google on these cases? .. hopefully not bots machine learners :/ .. there are many people who buy expired domains with history, with 1 mission only > to enter in the same market/niche the domain name was in already..

I suppose it will be all about the quality of the new content.. interesting topic..
