Site uses a set of templates where visitors can enter the information of the person they want to send a fake arrest warrant or a fake newsletter article of their arrest to. The script collects email addresses of people arrested and people sending them. 913 (unconfirmed and some double) email addresses have been stored in the email file so far.

I sent a arrest warrant to myself but I am not sure it worked, I got a link to a fake newspaper page and it simply said Jay Was Arrested. Did you code this site yourself? Will you make changes and adjustments for the new owner? Is there any admininstrative panel to this site?

Yes, yourarrested.com is included too, and so is arrestedonline.com, onlinearrest.com and criminalsuspect.com (thought it was wise to register any competing names before launching it).

Sale includes content and script. Have not installed it anywhere else than on the bundle of domains (all on 1 server) and will not install it anywhere else.
