Offers Article-World.com PR 6 w/20,000 pages

I built this site a couple months back and haven't had any time to dedicate to it.

Article-World.com contains about 20,000 pages of articles (articlecity and others...) and is totally AdSense ready. The amazing thing is that the site has a PR 6 on the main page and DOZENS (maybe hundreds?) of subpages and articles! This thing is a pagerank MONSTER, but I am too busy to sell links on it or otherwise manage it because of my other projects. This thing is GOLD in the hands of a pro.

I am taking bids on this site. Make me an offer I can't refuse.

I was just doing a link popularity check on the domain and it seems most of the inbound links come from sites you control ( familyfirst.com worldvillage.com ) are these going to be maintained for the new buyer or will they be removed?

I doubt the site will stay PR6 if the links are removed....

They are correct. Those are my sites and I hadn't really given much thought to that, to be honest. I was just shocked to see that the site has a PR 6 for so few incoming links AND that many of the other pages are PR 6. In fact, I've never seen anything like it.

As long as the site stay family-friendly, I would leave the links for 30 days.

No revenue to speak of. With traffic it would do great, but I'm thinking the real value is in the PR right now. I dunno.. if I don't get an attractive offer, maybe I'll just hang on to it and see if I can groom it. All I need is time... sigh..

So how much do you expect us to bid for this site, seeing as it's guarenteed to drop in PR significantly next update. I'm still interested in purchasing the site, but I won't pay for a PR6 website as it won't be next google update.

I would be interested in buying it too, but am concerned also about the drop in pagerank as well. Also do you think you can give us a starting bid and BIN so we have an idea of what you are looking for.

I didn't personally code the site, but I use a program called "multi-replace" to do mass changes. It's freeware and can go through as many pages as you want searching and replacing. It would be a piece of cake.

The bidding will start in mid- $xxx. I have to go out of town this weekend, so might not be available till Sunday.

Lots of good questions. I am currently in negotiations with a member about brokering links for the site and keeping it. I shall report back when I know more...
