I don't know exactly how evaluating it realistically ... but typing "authority" in Yahoo I get 18,300,000 results and there're not so many words which receive such amount of results ...

Maybe it's only my opinion but the value of a domain should be given also by the popularity of what it represents - Apart this, any appraisal is highly appreciated
