I am "guesstimating" from the behavior of a lesser-quality domain, AUTISMO.ORG, that the dotcom will generate 187-350 bucks per month on effortless PPC with pure type-in traffic, without taking into account its PR and incoming links.

*It could be more assuming that the good-quality links that support its PR are also a source of organic traffic.

*It could be more if one sells an autism-related info product or service.

From the first assumption ALONE, it could be CONSERVATIVELY sold at 100 times PPC = USD 18700-35000.

I havent tested it yet but I already sold 40% "shares" at $8000, so i guess that current market capitalization is near USD 20000.

But thats just my opinion. I would like to hear more from our fellow domainers of the DNF community.

I think you are in the right range. It would depend on type in traffic and searches for the term, but I could see significant value in it as a site selling some kind of at-home teaching program for parents with autistic children....focused on the Spanish market. It's more likely to already be neglected, and with that name you could own that specific market. I would think it could be much more profitable than selling.
