Won it at an auction, 2800 uniques per mo, and 15-21 bucks a mo in non-optimized PPC.

Autismo is a new word to me - but being spanish for autism and the dot org..there will be a buyer at a nice price.

That's a nice name.

US$15-21 per month (if steady) is already great and would give a reseller value based on traffic alone of around US$1000 (based on 5 x annual income).

Furthermore, a LOT of Spanish language websites use autismo with a different extension or autismo+word or word+autismo which gives it great potential for selling to an end user.

Whether the traffic is type in or from links (expired website) will affect the value of the traffic to some extent. Better if there is a high percentage of type-ins. The domain appears to have had a developed web site for "autismo" for many years which could mean a fair amount of expired traffic compared to type-ins.

I would expect you could get US$600 to US$1300 from a reseller and perhaps US$1000 to US$3000 from an end user.

Traffic seems to be near 100% type-in, the old site disappeared loooooong ago, the traffic is significantly steady despite the lack of content, SE indexing is null/negligible, as in any regular parked page, so I don't think there is anyone looking for an old site. Inbound links are scarce and useless.

However, because of its intrinsic very popular, short dict-word, medical, social, characteristics, I feel that revenue-based appraisals won't make justice.
