Prefer 1 or 2 word niches - will consider 3 word + names
TM's Considered
Forums and blogs with registered users are welcomed
Prefer Automotive parts and service related niches
Existing revenue and userbase preferred with at least 6 months stats.
Budget from $500-1000 per site. Will increase payout for Hybrid related sites.
No Geo Domains except for top 10 US Markets.

Really want to focus on finding a developed, and revenue generating site in these niches now. (No more undeveloped domain names.)
