Confirmed stolen, spoke with owner ( the real Tom ) and he is now working to recover it. Obviously stay clear of the name and if contacted by anyone who claims to own it or offer it for sale, let the community know.
Tom was unaware the name was stolen several months ago since the thief left certain bits of info similar or unchanged but once he tried to log into his account he discovered all was not well.
Take care everyone and always do your research. A special thank you goes out to another domainer for their eagle eye.
