LOL. First of all, congratulations! Whatever the final sales price(s) was, believe me ... you EARNED every bit of it!!
I don't know about this $200/per domain "rule" ... but I can tell you, if the buyer "pulls" it into his/her account/Registrar (from Register.com) it transacts much more smoothly. In fact, the last few we've done in that fashion have AVERAGED 24 hours 'til completion. Please PM me directly if you need any assistance in the future in this regard.

Again, congrats ... and I'm glad to hear everything worked out in the end!
I had a cursory interest in your "CitySurfing.com", as you know ... thought I could potentially "package" (or develop) it nicely one day with my recently obtained "CoolSurfing.com"!
I'm still thinking about it, to be sure. "GamingCentral.com" looks pretty good, but since it's (the gambling industry) so heavily regulated, and scrutinized, I wouldn't choose to develop it. It could possibly be resold. It looks like a fair trade, though I, personally, would NOT do it.

That is not true sometimes. I transferred my own domain to dotster in 2 days. Same thing takes 2 weeks for other registrars

No kidding... I would have happily paid VS $200 a few times if I thought it would take one hour to make a deal on a name instead of 15 hours.

Register.Com sucks! Verisign is 10x better, especially with their new system where you can do an ownership transfer in under two hours.
