BabeForums.com and .net For Sale
This site gets over 450 registered users per day who log in and has:

The site was started using the BabeForums.net domain early this year, but I recently bought the BabeForums.com domain and have made it so both domains now point to the same site. www.Babeforums.net has a Google PR of 3 but the .com version has no pr since I just started using it.
Here is how the site works: People register on the forums, they can then view and post pictures of âbabesâ. Un-registered users can view forum posts but they canât view any of the pictures. They just get a message prompting them to register. Users with 20 posts or more can view the r-rated forums.
The site has moderators who work for free, so I don't have to do anything to run it. There have been lots of hacks installed on the forums such as the arcade hack with over 75 games installed.
I currently have the site hosted with many of my other sites on a $89/month dedicated server. It does not use a lot of bandwidth or server resources because most of the photos the users post load remotely from free image hosting services. The buyer would need to move the site to their own hosting account though since I have other sites on that same server.
I do not pay to advertise the site or link to it from any of my other sites so there are no expenses other than hosting. Right now I just use it to promote my sex search engine (Sexmaniac.com) so the site has no revenue, but if the buyer were to sell ad space they could make good income from it. The previous owner sold 2 banner ads at the top of the site for $200/month each, and the site has 10 times as much traffic now as it did then.
I am looking to sell the site because I know somebody who more actively promotes and runs it could make a lot more money from it, so I would rather sell it and take the money and buy sites that are a better fit for my Bored.com network.
I do not have a BIN price but I paid $2750 for it back in June, and it now has 10 times as many active users as it did then, plus it has the .com version of the domain which it did not have back then.
