good brandable domain. Software is rebrandable and you can offer personal rights free if you would like.
Set the site up so that hopefully google will be a fair amount of the income. Software of course is a bit of a low selling price but you could offer resell rights with the sales page at a bit more if you want.
I think this is a great brandable name in an area that is likely to stay. Site is new and turnkey name is a few months old as I planned on keeping and I still might.
