This is not natural traffic, is it? It's hard for me to believe that the domain Backwerd.com can receive 9,000 unique visits per day...

It was registered in 2001, but it has never been developed, according to Archive.org. Google finds only around 2,000 websites for the search term "backwerd", and the domain has no backlinks...

But using Google, I found out that there seem to be typo domains forwarding to Backwerd.com, including the Google typo Goole.ca. At some point, the domain oogle.com also redirected to Backwerd.com, as documented by McAfee SiteAdvisor (see: http://www.siteadvisor.com/sites/oogle.com/).

All of those domains are owned by Blue Arctic LLC. Is that your company?

It looks like the traffic is coming from other domain names. Is that correct? Because if it is, you are misleading buyers by saying the domain receives 9,000 unique visits, which may be traffic coming from other domain names. (Your sale thread: http://www.dnforum.com/f116/backwerd-com-thread-363661.html)

(Not making allegations, but these questions need to be answered if you want to get a meaningful appraisal, and they need to be answered when selling the domain.)
